What is your minimum quantity on screen print orders?


We have a minimum quantity of 20 garments per screen print order, to ensure you the best pricing we can offer. Can't make our 20 garment minimum? Not a problem. We can do smaller orders, with additional set up fees included.




What are your payment terms?


We require 50% deposit on all orders. We accept school purchase orders, and most federal purchase orders. Credit terms may have to be established prior to acceptance of Purchase Orders.




What payment methods do we accept?


We accept Credit Card, Personal checks or cash.




What is your return policy?


Due to the custom nature of your order, Mad Rabbit Dezign accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will then replace the order or credit your invoice.

Do I have to order all the same size?


No, you can mix and match however you like as long as we can print the same size design on all.




How long will my order take?


Our standard turn around time is 5-7 business days. You may choose to Rush your order for order which is an aditional cost if you need it before that time frame.
