Webstore Terms & Conditions
Placing an order through our webstores confirms acceptance of these terms. The terms 'we', 'us', 'our', etc refer to Mad Rabbit Dezign and the employees of Mad Rabbit Dezign.
All orders submitted will be processed when the store closes. The webstore open and close date, artwork design, apparel items, and colors will be agreed upon by Mad Rabbit Dezign and the individual or organization who requests the service of a webstore through our business.
We will print, bag and ship your order within three weeks of the store closing date. After placing an order, a confirmation email with the order details will be sent to the email provided by the customer. When the order is complete an additional email will be sent stating that the product is ready to be picked up or has been shipped. The image portrayed on the webstore is not always a 100% match to the final product, colors and sizing of printed art and colors of apparel may vary. In rare circumstances an item may be back-ordered beyond the minimum time constraints for printing; in this case a similar item of equal or greater value will be substituted.
Orders will be held for up to 30 days awaiting pickup after which your order will be considered "abandoned property" and will no longer be available.
We do not offer returns on printed items. While we strive for 100% accuracy, mistakes can happen. Within 14 days of order fulfillment, we will replace, refund, or exchange misprinted items. We cannot make exceptions for customer ordering errors such as misspellings or sizing errors. If a customer makes an error while ordering through the webstore, they are responsible for contacting the shop and updating the order before the webstore is closed. Great care has been taken to ensure that every garment is accounted for. All items will be listed in the included packing slip. The customer is responsible for carefully checking for accuracy and notifying our shop immediately of any problems.
The closing date of a webstore will be specified in a pop-up that opens when the customer opens a webstore page. The closing date is determined before the webstore is open and will not be changed after the webstore is launched. No late orders will be accepted after the specified closing date of the store. No changes can be made to orders after the specified closing date of the store. If a customer needs to make a change to an order before the store is closed, they must contact Mad Rabbit Dezign to update their order.
If the individual or organization opening a webstore and chooses to pick up all orders for distribution, the customer will be informed in a pop-up that opens when the customer opens a webstore page. If the customer does not specify, all orders will be sent with the individual or organization who opened the webstore. Upon leaving the shop, the responsibility of the orders transfers from Mad Rabbit Dezign to the individual or organization specified and we are no longer liable for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
